With three sisters, four brothers, and 28+ kids between them — her own sons included — plus new wives and husbands joining the family with every wedding, Reem learned early that there's no such thing as one cake for everyone. Someone can't have gluten, someone's off refined sugar, someone won't touch dairy, and someone just wants cookies. So the launch menu was built the way this family eats: with nobody left out. Cookies and brownies come by the baker's dozen — 13 to a box, because 12 was never enough here.

Before By Reem was a bakery, it was a kitchen with four boys orbiting one oven. It was birthday cakes at midnight, taste tests judged by small unforgiving critics, and recipes carried from her mother's hands, and her mother's mother's before that.
Reem bakes the way home videos feel — warm, a little imperfect, impossible to recreate anywhere else. Every cake that leaves this kitchen carries a date, a memory, and more love than strictly necessary.
Online orders, pre-orders and pop-ups. Made slowly, in small batches, by one mother who never really stopped baking for her kids — she just started baking for yours too.

Birthday parties, weddings, baby showers, graduations — we cater any event up to 100 people, with the same family menu and every dietary need covered. We just ask for at least 3 weeks' notice so everything is baked fresh, never rushed.
